He’s a good dog, has trouble with being house trained but I think if he had a yard and not an apartment he would do just fine. He’s very friendly but a rough player.

Jack is in need of a loving home. As a middle-aged male, he may not have the same energy levels as younger dogs, but he makes up for it with his sweet and docile nature. He is content with a more relaxed and inactive lifestyle, making him an ideal companion for those who prefer a quieter pace. Jack's easy-going personality makes him a pleasure to be around, and he gets along well with other dogs. His gentle nature and friendly attitude make him the perfect addition to any family. Despite his age, Jack still has so much love to give and is patiently waiting for someone to open their heart and home to him. With his sweet and lovable demeanor, Jack is sure to bring joy and happiness to whomever is lucky enough to welcome him into their home. This dog is sheltered in a foster based, nonprofit rescue. This handsome guy with a few cute curls is looking for his forever home. He is bonded with his foster mom and doggie sister, but I feel he will adjust to a new home with a little time and patience. He hasn't had much socialization so is timid meeting people but quickly warms up and gives kisses. Jake will make a fantastic pet for an active individual or family. House & crate trained. NOTE: If both him and Joy are adopted by the same people, the second dog's adoption fee will be 1/2 price. **Any questions about Jake, please contact his foster mom at: (989)313 - 4874This dog is sheltered in a foster based, nonprofit rescue in Crossville, TN. Story
Meet Amico! I'm still learning that food is coming regularly. See, I went without it and that's why I'm underweight, although my foster family is working on it. I'm currently about 45 lbs. I love playing with my toys and want to learn and please my people. I'm very well behaved and have not had an accident in the house. I'm still working on crate training. I don't make it all night but am happy to lay with my toys by the bed until it's time for the family to get up. As you can imagine, I'm very food motivated and play well with my foster sister, although I have much more energy than she. I enjoy petting and training and running around in the yard. I do well on a leash, but I'm still learning where to walk when I'm on it. I'm a very loving dog and just need some time and patience.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Story
Ivy is a beautiful 3 year old dog. A friend of mine adopted Ivy as a young puppy from a farm in Georgia that sold her to them so she could be a livestock guardian dog for our goats and chickens. However, my friend was unprepared for the challenge of raising a puppy for the first time into a successful livestock guardian, and it was ultimately determined that she wasn't fit for that life. She has a high prey drive and will chase small animals and cats and is distrustful of strangers and dogs. She was raised in our house with other dogs and cats. I took over her care at around 6 months and she has lived in an apartment with my partner, myself, our 2 cats, and 2 young children since then. I love her dearly, but we live in a busy neighborhood with lots of strays and cars and neighbors that stress her out and scare her, so she frequently barks at the door and windows. She also isn't able to run and play outside unleashed and our apartment is small. I don't think she likes being a city dog.
