Story
Clair is 2-years old. We took ownership of her when her original owner passed away and the children could not care for her. While it breaks our heart to even being doing this, it is in her best interest. Clair has papers from her previous owners. She is full blooded and could be bred. She has been around chicken, turkey, barn cats, sheep and our indoor dogs. It did take some time, but she adjusted to all Of them and has not killed any domestic livestock. She will hunt down possums, rats etc. She is also potentially a decent inside dog candidate. Prior to our care, Clair may have been on a tether. She likely was outside of a home with other dogs. Hence her tendency to want to protect the house more than livestock - although if she hears coyotes etc she will do her job. Clair is a lover. She is intelligent and if she gets out, she will wonder. although, we found she often comes back voluntarily. She will love on you all day she you are open to it!

Story
Everest is a giant baby who loves cuddles, sleeping on a queen size bed and more cuddles. She is nervous around slick floors, but treats get her pretty much anywhere. She is protective around the house, yet very friendly with strangers. Loves kids and playing with her sister Dandy. She has learned a lot of commands, including sit, stay, come, crate, comida, down. She gets anxious when seeing other dogs around the house and is vocal though usually just wants to play.
