Story
Meet Molly! She is currently 4 months old, 27 lbs, and we think she may be a Great Pyrenees / Labrador Retriever mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Watch Molly's video here: * coming soon * Molly is playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly. She loves to play and take lots of naps. Eat, sleep, play, repeat - such is puppy life! Molly is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/677ee13c01f7d8a7f10ce4e3 Please email tim@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $1,000.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hello people!!!  My name is Deena and I am anxiously waiting to start my holiday adventures with my forever family.  I am a 3 month old Great Pyrenees female puppy.  I do really like play time and adventures.  My foster mom says it sometimes is more mischief, but I prefer to think of it as adventures.  I'm a big girl who LOVES her food and everyone else's too.  hehe.  I crate trained myself as soon as I figured out that I got to eat sooner if I was in the first crate.  I use a dog door to come inside and explore and go outside to play and potty.  I do still need supervision if I have access to lots of rooms in the house.  I also really like sleeping on soft blankets.  I can be a little intimidated by new things at first, but I'm learning to be braver.  This includes both people and dogs.  Once I am comfortable, I am a big love bug.  I love playing with all the other dogs here that I know.  I have only been around cats a little, but I mostly ignore the barn cat who occasionally comes to visit us.  I am a BIG girl and already weigh easily 35 lbs.  I will likely be a fluffy, 100 lbs adult.  I am bred to protect and love my family, whether that family is sheep or people.   I really hope that someone will want to share their holiday adventures and love with me.  Please apply at Rescue Rovers ASAP because I'm ready to get started. Story
Who says good things come in small packages? Sometimes they come in big, furry bodies with eyes that will melt your heart. My name is Andre. I am a 5 year old 85 lb. teddy bear, and my goal in life is to snuggle all the people and collect all the treats. I may be a Pyrenees mix or just a mix of a bunch of adorableness. I'm desperately searching for a family who needs a pup willing to walk with them, play with them, protect them, and snuggle the loneliness out of them. I am a super smart guy who would love to learn more than basic commands (I know sit, touch and down). I need to learn the nuances of living in a house with my beloved humans. I'd make an amazing emotional support pup because I almost NEED to be around my humans. I mean, what happens if they need a snuggle and I'm not around? I'd do best in a house with a fence, and I would probably struggle with small children because I'm a bit pushy when snuggles and treats are involved. (Of course, training would also address this!) I'd love another big dog who enjoys wrestling and playing tug. I'm confident, affectionate and really fond of people. If you think you might have room in your home - and your heart - for a big sweetie like me, let's meet!Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. His adoption fee is $200. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sheba is guessed to be around 6 years old. She absolutely adores people and can’t get enough attention!  She’s good with other dogs who are submissive and give her space. She encountered kittens and paid them no attention. She also doesn't understand her size so small animals should steer clear.  She is a certified fence jumper! She can clear a 6' vinyl fence! What an athlete, this girl is! Not to worry, she can easily be walked on a leash or put out on a zipline as long as she isn't left alone. She is a good girl in the home alone if you need to run errands! She has been bounced around from home to home and in and out of shelters where she shuts down. We found her a temporary foster with moments left to get her safe and now she desperately needs a forever family! This girl can't seem to catch a break and she needs her very own HERO! Are you going to be that HERO for her?    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 5:23 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Kuiu (Mia) and her sister Timber were found as strays after they had been on a waiting list to surrender to a shelter. Not sure what happened to them but a foster stepped up and they found themselves in rescue! Mia has a lot of energy and loves another dog to play with! No chickens!! She loves people and affection! She's a very smart girl. Although she hasn't been an inside dog she seems to have house trained herself, by not going to the bathroom in her pen. If she was to become a house floof she would hopefully pick up house training quickly! Mia needs 6ft secure fencing, this girl has been known to jump a fence or two! She is being fostered in Utah.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 5:23 pm
