Story
A5679746 Meet Donnie! This 4-year-old Rottweiler is the handsomest boy around, with classic good looks, an adorably tiny tail nubbin, and charmingly expressive tan eyebrows that frame his deeply soulful eyes. He’s super playful, always bouncing around with a wiggly booty and ready to play with both people and pups - just check out his play bow! Donnie is a big, strong boy who could benefit from an experienced handler, as he’s full of youthful energy and enthusiasm. Despite being in his teen years, he still acts like a puppy! He could do well with calm dogs, but is a bit nervous around more assertive pups, so he’d thrive best in a home with laid-back dog siblings that can help him with his confidence building. Donnie is a big lover boy, just waiting for the right opportunity to share his loving and fun spirit with a forever family. Will you take Donnie home today? 4 year old black and brown Rottweiler 92 pound neutered male Up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! However, Donnie has a little doggy cold that the shelter is already treating, so he will need to be adopted on a health waiver - adopter to follow up with own vet for further diagnostics and potential treatment Came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 2/15/25 as an owner surrender - but there are no notes and Donnie is such a good boy, so we have no idea why!
