Story
Meet Luna, a sweet and gentle girl who came to the shelter with her three sisters and their mom after their owner moved and could no longer care for all of their cats. At just 8 months old, Luna is still a young soul, full of potential and promise. Much like her name suggests, Luna has a soft, calming presence, but she also has a bit of a shy streak—like the moon hiding behind a cloud, waiting for the right moment to shine. Luna is a loving and kind-hearted cat, but she needs a little time to adjust to new surroundings. She may start out a little reserved, but once she feels safe and comfortable, she’ll start to reveal her true self, just like the full moon emerging from the darkness. Luna would do best in a calm and patient home where she can take her time to adjust and where her new family can provide her with the space and understanding she needs to feel secure. In the right environment, she’ll gradually come out of her shell and become a devoted companion. If you're looking for a sweet, shy girl who just needs a little time and love to glow, Luna could be the perfect addition to your family—ready to light up your life like the moon lights up the night sky.

Story
Meet Chipmunk, the fiery and feisty little feline with a big personality! This spirited 8-month-old girl came to the shelter with three of her sisters and their mom after their owner moved and could no longer care for all of their cats. Chipmunk may be the smallest of her sisters, but don’t let her size fool you—she's mighty and full of attitude! With her tough exterior, she may seem a bit independent and bold at first, but once you break through, you'll see her true playful and silly side. Chipmunk loves to play and has a lot of energy to burn. Whether it's chasing after toys, pouncing on anything that moves, or exploring her surroundings, she's always on the go! While she can be a bit sassy at times, Chipmunk is full of charm, and once she trusts you, she'll show her affectionate, fun-loving side. If you're looking for a cat who brings both a little spice and a lot of playfulness to your life, Chipmunk just might be the perfect fit for you!

Story
We got Aura and another cat ( both Female) a couple of years ago from a family that had kittens. Aura has always been a little anxious and had a harder time settling, and after we had a baby she's retreated back to being very reserved and shy. With her anxiousness I believe she would do much better in a home with no other pets and no children. She has had the issue of spraying during heat with the other cat around, which we believe would stop if she got spayed. We do not have the ability to pay for it, which is why we would love to rehome her to someone who can meet all her needs. Aura is independent but also loves to cuddle occasionally. She loves setting in the window to watch outside, her favorite toy is a laser, and of course she loves her catnip.

Story
This sweet girl was found as a stray. She was brought to Furry Friends Refuge to be spayed, when it was discovered she has a birth defect to her front left leg, but she gets around just great. Her Sternum did not form properly before she was born, so her heart is only protected by her skin. She absolutely LOVES people and wants nothing more than to be pet and loved. Although her medical issues may seem a bit scary, Jabari will let nothing stop her and continues to run, jump, and play like any other young cat should. She wouldn't mind living with other cats or low energy dogs but also wouldn't mind keeping the attention of her owner to herself. If you have a safe quiet place in your life for this sweet girl, please contact us to meet her and her foster mom will answer any questions.

Story
Bebo is a 4 year old shy boy looking for a home that can be patient with him as he learns to trust his family. After spending three years in a home he was returned to Furry Friends due to the family having medical issues that meant they could no longer keep him. At the shelter Bebo was standoffish and scared, always choosing to run, hide, or hiss when people came by. He was lucky to have a foster come forward and be willing to work with him and give a home to feel safe in! Now Bebo has made tons of progress, and while he still runs at times he has discovered that pets and scratches are great! Bebo has previously lived with a dog and with cats and would do great in a home with other four legged companions to help show him the ropes in his new home. He has also been sponsored meaning that their is no fee to adopt him and give him the home he has been craving.
