Story
Bambi is the 10 yr old princess of the house who loves to sleep on your lap. She likes playing tug of war or chasing scratches. She is an indoor-only dog that has a grass allergy so she needs her feet washed after playing outside. She is puppy pad trained. Bambi knows tricks like sit, lie, down (off of furniture), and go home. She does best with people around as she gets separation anxiety if left alone for too long. She loves people, but will get very excited meeting them and may jump or bark for attention for the first few minutes. At parks she will socialize with other dogs and make friends. So far she has seemed afraid of cats but has not had much interaction. She has a fear of bugs and heights. Havanese have hypo-allergic fur that doesn't shed but needs frequent trimming and no undercoat means they are temperature sensitive. If I need a jacket or sweater then she needs one & she will get heated easily in the summer. Favorite snacks are carrots, peanut butter, and fish skins.
