Meet Toaster! This adorable little guy was found as a stray, just running around all by himself in the middle of nowhere. He was quite terrified when he first arrived. Being alone out in the cold must have been quite the ordeal for him. He is now in a foster home and doing great! He is around 5-6 months old. Toaster lives with a few other dogs in his foster home and he loves that. He follows them around and looks to them to learn what to do and how to dog. It would be great for his forever home to have another confident dog in the home too. His foster home also has cats and he is just fine with that (though he may try to play chase with them a little). Toaster is a typical high energy puppy. Oh we know everyone will fall in love with his cute face, but be prepared for puppy naughtiness! He loves to steal your stuff and run with it, he loves to explore the world with his sharp little teeth and he is still learning to potty outside. He does not sit still for long and needs to have structure and routine, including regular naps, to ensure he does not get too overstimulated. He is smart and good training will help him become a great adult dog.  Older kids (over 10) will be best for him. He does not love being picked up all the time and his energy and mouthiness can be challenging for younger kids. A home with a yard is probably best, so he can run off steam with a dog pal, and can continue to have access to the outside quickly to help with potty training.  He is incredibly loving, loves to snuggle up at the end of the day, and will be such an amazing pup for someone.   Toaster will be vaccinated and chipped. He will be neutered when he is around 8 months old at our cost. His adoption fee is $525   We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! This is for adoption of two bonded pups. Bailey is a 6 year old spayed Rat Terrier. Her brother is a neutered 10 year old Havanese Poodle mix. Bailey is a pure breed (no papers) active little girl. She loves to lay on your lap or get under covers. She loves playing fetch! Meeko is a gentleman who loves sitting next to you getting petted. They love each other and sleep together every night in their kennel. They will go in their kennel on command. They stay in their kennel while home alone. Both are house trained but Meeko needs to be let out often. Doggy door is ideal. They are two fun loving pets. They both are good with other dogs once they get to know them.
