Story
Charlie is 3 years old. He has a sister named banshee and together they are a lifeline to each other so please do not get the one without considering getting the other as well. These two have been dealt their fair share of trauma from previous owners. We temporarily took them so said owners could find a home. Then they were abandoned to us. They are sweet, loving and gentle but also very playful and energetic. Their biggest issue is routine with potty training, something we fail to provide due to our schedule and lifestyle. They are crate trained and rely on their crate as a safe space. They understand when they are in trouble but due to past trauma, it can be over frightening to them to be corrected. In turn, they piddle themselves and run to their crate for safety. They need gentle corrections and lots of patience. They are very bright and picked up general commands such as sit, stay, down. Charlie even learned how to use training buttons for potty and play but is not consistent.

Hola!! I hope you read this and fall in love with me! My foster parents just started calling me Panela but you can call me whatever you’d like! I am a LOVE BUG! I love to snuggle and cuddle and kiss my humans! I have the cutest caramel colored eyes and spots on my ears to match. I really love to go everywhere with my humans even though I am ok to be left alone if I need to be. I would enjoy being in a home that can spend lots of time with me. I don’t care what we do as long as I get to be with you. I love being in the sunshine and fresh air. I’ve been spending my days running around on the beach and playing with my foster brothers and sisters. I have done really well around all other dogs and kids we meet! I do shed a bit but my foster parents say it’s not very noticeable. I am completely potty trained and well behaved. I don’t bark or chew, I’m actually pretty perfect! I have a medium energy level. I am super healthy and super fit. I have lots of love to offer and would be an incredible addition to your family.

They are also nervous dogs who need space and time to warm up. Their purrfect home would be patient and more on the quiet side. They are completely fine with other dogs, but would also be happy to be the only dogs. They actually LOVE kids - so that is a plus. Mommy Lolly is about 2 and Grizzly will be 1 in a few days. They are potty trained and are snuggle bugs once they warm up. They have a reduced adoption fee because they need to go together. They are fine with cats as well. They literally just want a soft bed and a human to snuggle with!
