Story
We named him Sarge because he will stand guard and watch for anyone coming and going on our property. Sarge found his way to our home on NYE. We believe he was dumped. We do not have any info on his age but believe he is still very young due to his active lifestyle and his need to chew constantly. He is a great dog and we really have grown to love him. He knows several commands and has great recall. He does not like to be put in a fenced in yard but will not wander off when allowed to stay in the front yard or any other yard without a fence. We rescue huskies (we have 9) and also rescue cats. We currently have 26 cats. It’s been a struggle to keep him away from the huskies as they are pack animals. This boy will make a great companion for a single individual or couple. He would do best in a household with a submissive dog.

Sydney is such a sweet girl. She was so very nervous and scared when she was first rescued, but has come such a long way. She now loves to snuggle under the covers next to her foster mom and follow her people around the house. She gets along great with other dogs, cats and kids and is already potty trained. She quickly becomes a Velcro dog & would do well with someone that is home most of the time. She is still scared by unexpected noises outside, so walking on a leash is important. Sydney needs a family that will give her a little time to trust and feel safe. She will repay your patience with her sweetness!
