Story
Meet Celeste and Ruby! Ruby is 1-year-old and is often called "Cuddles” thanks to her snuggly personality. Celeste is 3-years-old and is the sassier (in the best way) of the two! These bonded friends are looking for their forever home together. These beautiful girls have tortie point (Celeste) and flame point coloring, (Ruby) with possibly a touch of Ragdoll in the mix. Celeste is super cuddly and loves chin scratches and sitting on her foster’s lap—whether here is room or not! At night, Celeste likes to “hunt” her toys. She puts them all together next to her foster mom. It’s not unusual to find a toy in bed! Celeste likes to sleep under the covers so be prepared for lots of lump sightings. Ruby prefers to get her exercise by running at night. She likes her toys, but she doesn’t care to waste her time hunting for them. She is the biggest cuddler who will communicate with the tiniest meow. They just discovered the patio, so like they to sit out there and keep an eye on things. They would thrive in a home with lots of windows, and/or a fully enclosed outdoor catio or screen porch. Both girls are pretty laid back. They will play at night; Ruby sometimes gets the zoomies. These two beauties currently live in a quiet condo with their foster mom. They haven’t met a dog yet but would be fine with gentle children 12 and over (no other cats, please). They came in to foster care extremely reserved, and though they are well adjusted, they still get a bit nervous around strangers. They will need someone who is patient and willing to give them space and some extra time to settle in. Both girls are so full of love and want to be next to their human as much as possible. They are also very well behaved—not interested in scratching on the furniture or jumping on things. All they want is to give and receive love in a calm, welcoming home with forever humans who are around a lot. They will be so happy with people who will let them open up at their own pace, while giving them plenty of affection along the way. If this sounds like you, please consider adding the stunning Celeste and Ruby to your family! Interested in adopting or learning more about these cats? Please fill out Pet Haven’s adoption application: http://bit.ly/2fd9U2Fpethavenmnwww..org/adopt. All ages and breeds are a best estimate. Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow-up visits.

Story
Murietta came from a hoarder’s house. The house was so crowded with junk and other cats that Murietta was forced to find a place to call her own - the rafters. It’s been years since Murietta was rescued from that hoarder’s house but the horrors she lived through are fresh in her head as if it all happened yesterday. Years later, she still prefers the rafters. She likes to be up high. Her tower is her security. Murietta doesn’t live completely in her castle in the clouds. When she does venture down to earth, she loves to curl up with her friend Scrappy. Scrappy is very similar in purrsonality to Murietta. He hasn’t been convinced that he needs to interact with humans. He’s fine being left alone. In fact, he insists upon it. Both Murietta and Scrappy are sweet cats. There’s not a bad bone in their bodies. They just prefer cats to humans. Their adopter needs to appreciate their preferences. They’re good cats who’ve been waiting for years to find someone to love them for who they are - sweet but a little broken. Murietta is very bonded to her friend Scrappy. She must be adopted with him. Scrappy and Murietta are currently in foster care. Please contact our adoption specialists at adoption@kittyrevolution.org or submit an application to meet them.
