Story
Meet Sori🧡 Sori and her babies were rescued from Korean city shelter where parvovirus was spreading. When rescued, Sori was infected by heartworm and now fully recovered after all treatments at our center. All her puppies were adopted and met forever families. It's her turn to meet her forever family😀 * With People: Is unfamiliar with human touch and very shy at strangers. Is wary of even familiar people. Is so timid that she runs away when people approach. * With Dogs: Is afraid of unknown big dogs. Feels comfortable with familiar friends but doesn't get along with them. * Separation Anxiety: Stays alone very well! * Potty Training: only outdoor potty * Hygiene: Flinches and runs away when getting brushed because she is not used to the feeling of touch. When her nails are trimmed, she is scared and freezes, staying still. * Walks: Accepts the leash well and walks in step! * Car Sickness: Is nervous at first but gets accustomed as time goes by. Makes occasional mistakes in pottying. * Is so much scared of and frightened with people and tends to bark at them.

These pups are in Dana Point, California too!

Story
Ooo ooh! Pick me! Pick me! My name is Maddy and I was dumped at at high kill shelter. I was super sick (antibiotics cleared me right up!) and I was all skin and bones. Angels at AWFA rescued me in the nick of time and I am ready to find my forever family! I am such a good girl - A loving, beautiful, sweet blonde bombshell who loves everyone I meet.  I'm good with some other dogs but would love to be an only dog to get all of the attention.  I like kids but would probably do best in an adult home.  I am house trained! I'm a quiet girl but will alert you if needed. I am looking for my furever family to snuggle and cuddle and love. Is that you?! ***************************************************************    Interested in adopting this pet? Story
Meet Rocky! He's a sweet 8.5 year old Korean Jindo mix who loves attention. He loves to cuddle and be with his people. He's smart and food motivated to learn new things. His current foster puts him a sit/stay while he places his food down and then releases him to eat, which he does very well. He's also potty trained. When you talk to him he'll give you this funny look like he's trying to understand. He is ok around other dogs, until he gets impatient with them. This is very common for Jindos. He would do best in a house without other animals. His healthy recently took a turn and he can only use his back legs 5% of the time. He has seen a primary Vet, a Chiro, an internist and an Neuro and they're not sure of the cause. He is still very cognitive and fully aware of everything around him, his back legs just do not want to cooperate. He has a wheel chair which he is learning to use. He's hoping his forever home is out there to help him navigate his remaining years. He can't wait to find his forever home. Meet Rocky! He's a sweet 8.5 year old Korean Jindo mix who loves attention.
