Hi there! My name is Winston and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I'm a 7 year old, male, Domestic shorthair who came to SB Humane in search of a loving new home to call my own. I’m a little shy at first, so I might hide or keep my distance when you first meet me. But don’t worry—if you’re patient and gentle, I’ll eventually feel safe enough to let you in. When I’m comfortable, I’ll make biscuits with my paws and rub your hand, showing you that I trust you. It takes me a little time to warm up, but once I do, I promise I’m a soft, loving friend. Just be patient, and we’ll be best pals! Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Adoptions are on a first-come first served basis. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
