Story
I got Patron from a certified breeder in Mebane NC in 2020. He is a friendly and energetic dog, he knows the commands, sit and paw (he gives you his left paw and then his right paw). Patron is a big boy, he’s smart, he loves attention, he’s playful and loves food, he can’t get enough of it. Patron needs someone who is willing to pamper him, take him for walks, keep up with his vaccines, give him treats and most important a safe and loving home. Patron is a wonderful dog.

Story
Meet Denso, who comes to us from the community. She is a 1-year-old, 40 lb., Labradoodle. Denso is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. This little lady is very scared and skittish. After about an hour of sitting with her and talking to her she calmed down some and even laid down and gave up her belly. She is shy to the touch, but once you keep rubbing and scratching her, she is all in. She is definitely a flight risk at this time. She will need a lot of patience, but as today has proven she will come around quickly. Denso is dog friendly, cat friendly and crate trained. She will need a fenced yard, time, love and consistency. Denso was groomed and it didn't go well. She will need patience and/or medical grooming in the future. If you are interested in Denso, please send reach out for an application.

Story
Gypsy is a wonderful dog with lots of character. I found her starving on the side of the road at a young age. She is very loving, but she is a bit possessive of food. That is why she is not good with other dogs and cats. The reason I need to put her up for adoption is because we work out of town a lot and she is an escape artist. I have tried both types of invisible fence and even tried making her a leash dog. When we pay dog sitters to walk her, they cannot hold her from running. I do not think it is that hard to hold her but I cannot find a good sitter and it is getting to expensive to pay sitters. The latest problem is that the sitter accidentally let her out and she killed my neighbors chickens. I do not think this is a dog problem though because a lot of dogs will chase and kill yard chickens. However, you may not want her if your neighbor has chickens.
