Story
We found Marley howling by a neighbors house. Someone abandoned him and dumped him on the streets without food or water, and likely separated him from his mother too soon. When he came in he was traumatized, we have been helping him get better, but we suspect he still has a little bit of ptsd from that experience, for example, he will try to eat food really fast and eat anything he finds but desperately, and at first he did not like being outside. He has now eased into being with our older dogs, he learned to sit, give his paw, and waits to eat--though at first he still gets overly excited for food. He is very sweet and loves hugs and pets. He is a high energy dog and incredibly intelligent. He is the perfect dog for someone who has other dogs, so he won't be left alone, and large space to roam and run. The most compatible person for this dog would be someone who is active. If trained he could be an excellent hunting dog, or even a ranch dog. Fee refundable with proof of 1st vet bill.
