Elliott was found with his brother dumped in a rural area. The owner previously tried to surrendered a mama and 3 pups to the shelter. When the shelter wasn't able to accept them at the time the person dumped them and only Elliott and Stabler could be found. Despite his rough start in life Elliott is a lover. He adores playing and napping with his person. He is a little shy at first but warms up quickly.
