Story
Remi is 2 years old. Born end of July 2023. She’s not spayed, has only gone into heat once and has never had a litter. She was the runt of her litter and has stayed quite small for a lab. She’s very energetic and needs a place where she can run. She loves the dog park where she gets to run around and play with other dogs. She’s been around a Guinea pig, a bunny, other cats and dogs and our 3 children who are all under the age of 5. And she’s done amazing getting along with everyone. She is house trained and will whine at the door when she needs to go out. She’s crate trained for night. We’ve seen no aggression in her but she will protect her people and stand on guard if something seems off. She’s a very silly girl and will smile if you say cheese. She growls and shows her teeth when playing but has never bit anyone. She’s good with getting pet when she’s eating and she doesn’t mind little fingers in her bowl. We call her the nanny of our household because she’s always with the kids.

Story
Abandoned behind a fence in the freezing winter, Marcie’s story could have been heartbreaking—but this resilient girl is now safe and ready to find her forever home. Marcie is incredibly affectionate, often nudging your arm for more pets and attention. She’s eager to please, smart, and loyal. Marcie thrives on human companionship and will be your most dedicated friend. While she isn’t a fan of cats or other dogs, her unwavering love for her people more than makes up for it. Marcie is available for foster or adoption and would love to find a home where she can be the center of attention. If you’re ready to offer her the safe, loving home she deserves, Marcie is waiting to meet you!
