Big Mac is an adventure seeker looking for an active home to join! This spirited boy is housetrained, knows how to sit, and takes treats with enthusiasm. With an active and adventurous approach to life, Big Mac will thrive with someone who loves the outdoors and will bring him along for trips to the lake, camping, buzzing around town, and be a side kick for any outing. His thrill in life is playtime, but he also enjoys lounging on a chair on the deck, watching the world go by, and even has a soft spot for ice cubes as a special treat. Big Mac has been fostered alongside dogs of all sizes and a cat, while figuring out the feline dynamics—though he generally ignores the cat. He gets along great with most dogs and has a great time at dog socials and the dog park, but can be a little too much with others; hejust gets a little too over zealous about his play at times. He is the best boy at giving kisses and hugs to humans, making him an affectionate companion. He relishes his playtime but is also happy when it's time to soak up the sunshine. Big Mac will need a privacy-6ft fenced yard as this social butterfly will climb chain link to greet the whole neighborhood looking for snacks and hugs. His friendly nature suggests he would make a wonderful addition to many types of homes but his affinity for hugging might make him a bit too overwhelming for toddlers. Big Mac is a male Yellow Lab/mix who was was born approximately 8-25-2023 and weighs 52 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested heartworm negative and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $450 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
