Lulu (formerly Topeka) has my vote for the saddest dog in boarding. 3 years old, not good with livestock, she was returned 2 months ago. We haven't been able to find a foster for her. And it breaks my heart. She is cared for, interacted with, has toys and treats. She gets sofa time and affection. 6am-6pm. Lulu is a good girl, she just needs a chance to show you.
