Jango has been my son's dog since he was a pup. He is now 2 1/2 years old, He loves to play outdoors and loves to play tug. My son has joined the military and is headed overseas. He is unable to take Jango with him. We wanted to keep him with us until my son came home but my husband is having 2 knee surgeries over the next 6 months and although Jango is trained, he can sit, stay and of course is house trained, he still gets excited and wants to follow from in front (which never works!) or sometimes stand up to greet and we cannot have any trip hazards with the knee recovery. His shots were updated just last month, he is well cared for and cuddly, he loves people and dogs and is the sweetest boy. We want to make sure he goes to a good home.

Meet Blessing. This Perfect Lab mix is 10 or 11 years old. She was chained to our fence one morning with a note asking us to take good care of her because her owner was not very nice to her and left her when they moved away. As much as we hate that she was abandoned at our door we are grateful for the good Samaritan who found her a safe place. Unfortunately she has tested Positive for Heartworms. And has horrible arthritis in her hips. We will be treating her for her heartworms and managing her pain. She needs a soft place to call her own. Blessing is and will be a true blessing to us and to her Forever Family. She is a little uncertain of new people so she will need a loving and patient home to call her own. This is a beautiful, smart, and laid back puppy. She was one of 8 puppies dumped along Post Rd along with her apparently pure bred Labrador mother. This was the only puppy we could wrangle. The mother wandered off into the woods with the other 6 (one had already been hit by a car). She is playful and wants to be with people and other dogs. This would be a perfect dog for anyone who wants a loving companion. I'd say she is 4 months old as of 12/08/24. We have paid for her 1st 3 sets of shots. We are currently working on kennel training and housetraining. She is doing well on both. She is a wonderful dog and would be a great family member.

I got Rocket from the Oklahoma City Animal Shelter in May 2024. He was almost 1 year old. I got him to be a playmate with my 1 year old German Shepherd mix. They got along well for 5 months. They are both males and neutered. However, I guess they both wanted to be the alpha dogs. They started fighting in Nov 2024. I keep them separated. Rocket is a good dog one on one. He is loving, smart and playful. He is potty trained and will go to the door when he needs to go outside. He knows how to sit, working on stay, kisses,stop and walks on a leash with a choke collar. When walking, he knows “stop, crossover, & no bark, leave it”. Rocket will be 2 years old in June 2025. He needs to be an only pet .
