Story
Rin wandered into our yard six years ago. She was about 6 months old. We have cared for her for 6 years and she is up to date with shots, etc. and is in excellent condition. She is an extremely happy and playful dog. She loves to play fetch and to go for walks. She has been trained and heels well. She loves company. She gets along well with most other dogs. Many neighborhood dogs stop in our yard and play with her. She used to like cats until one scratched her nose and now she dislikes cats. We have an invisible fence that she has learned to stay inside of and she sleeps in the garage. We have left her for three weeks at a time when we are out of town; the next door neighbor feeds her and checks on her; other neighbors stop by and throw the ball for her; the invisible fence contains her; but we are traveling more now and do not want to leave her home alone for extended periods. For a new home, we would like someone who will be home nights with her.

Story
Thor is a guy with a big heart and an even bigger personality. He loves people and craves attention from anyone who is willing to give it to him. He has a confident demeanor and likes to be in charge, often acting as a leader among the other dogs at the rescue. Thor's energy and strength can sometimes be too much for his own good. With proper care and exercise, he can shed those extra pounds and become a healthier, happier pup. Despite his flaws, Thor is a lovable and loyal companion who just needs a little extra help to reach his full potential.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Story
I have videos!!! Surrendered by a family whose son turned out to be allergic to pets, Isla (pronounced “eye-la”) uses her sandy-white coat and black-framed, sea-green eyes to show you why she is named for the Spanish word for “island.” Her mom was a German Shepherd/Lab mix; dad was a traveling man. Lack of socialization left Isla wary of strangers, and she’s a little worried and antsy at first; but she comes around with a few minutes’ patience and time and is ready to play fetch and accept treats. Highly food motivated, she walks happily on a leashed “sniff and stroll” through the woods, responds promptly to “sit”, and is doing well learning other commands. At 19 months old and weighing 49 pounds, she is already house-trained (she lived happily with a family of dad, mom, two teenage boys and a toddler), crate-trained, spayed, and up to date on vaccines and monthly parasite preventatives. Her easy-care coat and playful attitude with other dogs add to her list of assets. She would love to have another family of her own! https://youtu.be/6pmyBBgp2fY FOCCAS adoptable dog Isla learns the "release" commandhttps://youtu.be/Z1BDW5nXN_U / FOCCAS adoptable dog Isla learns not to play with slip lead!https://youtu.be/c9mb7HEdpM4 FOCCAS adoptable dog Isla plays ball by herself!https://youtu.be/hEaDsFgvnok FOCCAS adoptable dog Isla goes on a Stroll&Sniffhttps://youtu.be/yqmXoKIPhxM FOCCAS adoptable dog checks out a big turkeyhttps://youtu.be/3Mw0_JK3RTY FOCCAS adoptable dog Isla plays fetch and practices "Leave it"The Adoption Fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea, Tick and Heartworm Treatment and Prevention, and Sheltering. Story
Dogs Name: Sadie About One year Gender Female (recently spayed). Breed. Lab Mix Sadie was adopted 3 months ago and too big to keep. She is very affectionate and loves to be petted and loved. Thinks she is a lap dog but getting too big. Was 48 lbs when I had her spayed and all shots up to date as of November. She loves people of all ages. She does know some commands, sit and stay, still working on lay down and back. Plays well with all dogs she has met at the dog park, or at the lake. She is leash trained now. We have been on some trails with no problems. Wants to keep her nose to the ground and sniffs everything. Plays a lot on her own, tossing her toys around the yard, she is housebroken. She is okay with my cat, as long as she does not run away. She would complete any family with kids and large yard to play in and have the energy to match hers. She is super sweet and will roll over for a belly rub all day!
