Harper is very in-tune to her people. She is still young at heart and therefore is also high energy. Her energy level requires a high fenced yard with plenty of room to “zoom” :0). She is a great car rider, who doesn’t drool or get carsick and loves to ride. She is crate trained and VERY treat motivated. She gets along well with MOST other dogs - but can be selective so proper introduction would be best. She gets along better with male dogs than females and would be PRIME for an "only dog" household. Harper has a tendency to play rough so needs supervision to avoid over-escalation with other dogs. She has not been around children or cats. She has tried to play with the horses but is not vicious. She is truly a loyal loving girl that needs her forever home! She is a girl and not always aware of her strength. She would be a great addition to an active family. Thank you for adopting!! Smoothie is one of a littler of 7 that were found while their eyes were still closed. She is the only female in the bunch. She is timid at first but warms up QUICKLY - constantly seeking attention and approval - she is very smart. She has not been housetrained, but we are working on crate training and she is doing very well!! She loves to run and explore, and has a tendancy to be clingy to her people. She has not been exposed to cats or kids.... so larger kids would be better as she does not know how to contain her energy. She is a LOVE. Venti is TALL - he is inquisitive and loving, eager to please. He has ridden in the car - not a fan... yet (has not gotten car sick, but drooled a little bit). He has not been introduced to cats or children... with his size older/respectful children would be ok - only because he is unaware of the impact he can have on people with his size and energy. He has not shown any interest in large animals (chasing horses or mules) and gets along with my whole pack at home. Venti needs someone who is patient and willing to work with and train him. Luna and the rest of her liter mates were found dumped in a cooler near a hunting lease in Rusk, TX. OPA was kind enough to take them in and give them a great shot at a wonderful life. Luna is spayed, current on all vaccines (including rabies), up to date on flea and heart worm meds, chipped and heart worm negative!! She is such a sweet dog and I have really enjoyed having her as a foster. She has never shown any aggression towards humans or any other dogs. Luna is potty trained. She loves, loves, loves to run and play in the backyard with all her buddies here. And she is FAST! Luna is kept in doors and does fine with furniture and house rules…she is a bit of a bed hog! I do kennel her while at work and she kennels up without a problem. Luna Bean does pull while in a leash but we are working on that. I don’t have cats so I am not sure how she would react around them. She is fine around kiddos. Luna is a sweet soul and is incredibly loving and athletic. Best of both worlds. Maggie is 8 months old and a very sweet girl. She is very hyper and active, which is expected with her breed. Maggie is also potty trained. She is a great running partner, and loves to be outdoors more than anything. She also has a calm side as well, and loves to cuddle. I am very sad to let her go, the only reason I am looking for a new home for her is because I am getting married soon with my future spouse who is in the Army and our new living situation on base would not give Maggie the amount of land and outdoor access she has gotten used to. We want the best for her and are looking for someone who can provide her with the lifestyle that she deserves. Maggie is up to date on all her immunizations, which will be provided via paper copy. We were also trying to kennel train her, so kennel will be included as part of her adoption.
