Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sydney came with her brother Benny, and we'd like to keep them together.  They would up at a rural shelter together.  Clearly someone "loved" Sydney with food!  She's already lost a little weight and is currently 56 pounds, which is something near double what she should weigh. Her foster mom is working on her weight, and she is having a Cushing's test done at the vet soon.  She is healthy otherwise.  She likes to hang out in the AC and roll around in the grass.   An adopter for Sydney will need to be willing to work on her weight loss journey and treat any additional conditions she is diagnosed with.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 13, 2024, 4:16 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Ulrich came to us recently after he lost his home to a fire.  He’s a minpin.  He’s maybe 15 pounds and 1-2 years old.  Ulrich is really sweet.  He wants nothing more that to be cuddled 100% of the time.  That being said, he is very protective and it doesn’t look like he’s going to be a dog who is going to be great with houseguests, whether they are humans or dogs.  He is very protective of his people.  He also protected his foster mom when she took him to visit people, so he probably won’t travel well.  But, he was great with a pet sitter, and he has done great at Casa Urban for a visit, so it looks like he just is a bit of a homebody.  So. Ulrich would prefer a quieter home with fewer dogs (he says he wouldn’t mind being an only dog) where he could be crated when there are houseguests.  Also, he chases cats.  Oh, and Ulrich seems to have a preference for men although he does like women. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 29, 2024, 11:18 am
