Story
Oiver was a rescue, advertised as a bonded pair with his sister. She died from failure to thrive shortly before we could adopt both. The older he gets, the more it is apparent he is lonely. Our friend fostered him for a month while we were moving, and he took to her cat really well (he snuggled/slept in her bed) which is what led us to believe it would be best if he could live somewhere with another cat to have companionship on a level we cannot offer him. They also had a husky which he did not seem to mind and has been gentle with our infant/baby. Playful, ornery, talkative, affectionate, and loves to be where you are. Not 100% certain, but thinking he's main coon/tabby mixed? He is about 3.5 yrs old and 9 or 10 lbs. Sticks his tongue out when he is really happy! He is not shy around guests; okay with kids, dogs, and strangers. He's hard to let go of because he is full of personality.. with that, he comes with some typical orange-cat mischief/energy.

Story
We rescued Tonks ( Nymphadora Tonks- due to her beautiful, crazy hair) at 5 months from the Teller County, Colorado animal rescue. She was an indoor/ outdoor cat until she had a terrible encounter with a wild animal- possibly a fox- about 7 years ago which left her almost dead. She recovered and is amazing- she has a damaged left back leg and walks with a limp but runs, jumps, plays, climbs to the top of the cat tree, and cuddles. 100% indoor cat since then. She is calm and intelligent, affectionate, and great with other cats and kids. She tends to hide from dogs but tolerates them( we don’t have a dog, but sometimes they visit). Litter box trained, microchipped, up to date on vet visits- born March, 2015. We need to rehome her, as we are military, having landlord versus pet issues and have a son with special needs so she is not getting the attention she deserves. Besides her back leg injury, she has no medical needs and plays like a kitten.

Story
Mimmi is a sweet older gal, but she is a Norwegian Forest Cat through and through. Which means she is independent, and chooses when she wants to be social! When she wants to cuddle, she is a great lap cat! We adopted Mimmi when she was around 8 months old, and she grew up with our kids. She was a feisty cat and strong willed, so she wasn’t the best with our kids, but they learned how to respect an independent pet. When we adopted a pit-mix, Mimmi stood her ground and showed the dog who was boss! She has mellowed in her old age and still gets around just fine, although she doesn’t jump as high as she used to. Mimmi really is social in her own way and likes to have someone around, but mostly on her terms. With our kids out of the house and us traveling a lot, we think she would be better with someone who is around the house more than we are now. She is low maintenance and not super vocal unless she needs something - mostly following and looking to see where someone is.
