Story
Meet Teddy, a beautiful cat, 2 years old. Teddy was surrendered due to no fault of his own.   He has been introduced to children but has not spent much time with them. Teddy lived with a small dog and female cat in his last home. When the little dog passed away, Teddy wanted to play with the other cat and she just was not happy to play with him. So he may do best as an only cat, but should do well with a cat friendly dog. Teddy is a sweet bundle of joy in his foster home. He has adjusted very well to the change.  He is affectionate, very tidy, and loving.  He loves his big mesh crate and uses it for sleeping.  He likes to sit in the window and watch the birds the recent snow.  He likes his daily brushing in his foster home. Teddy is one big bundle of love. He is neutered, up to date with vaccines and microchipped. Teddy tested negative for Feluk/FIV and is litterbox trained. If you are interested in adopting Teddy his adoption fee is $50.00.  Please visit our website www.lharinc.org go to Adopt and complete the cat adoption application.  ##2277177##

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Adoption Fee $200 I have the perfect personality to match my stunning good looks. I'm a quiet, affectionate kitty that would make any human smile.  I'm extremely easy going and I will greet you with rubs and head bops. I would be perfect company hanging out next to you while you watch a movie or read a book all while giving me pets, of course. I'm a princess and will want your attention.  I’ll roll around on my back and purr quietly in appreciation. I enjoy a high perch where I can oversee what’s happening, but I also take delight in playing with a wand toy and will drag it off if you’re not paying attention. I get along quite well with my foster mates so I would like a home with another friendly feline. My longer coat will require some extra brushing to maintain my gorgeous mane. Therefore, an adopter with personal owner experience with long-haired breeds as well as complete documented history of yearly feline veterinary care is required. Lady Gwendolyn tested FeLV/FIV/HW negative, is UTD on vaccines, has been dewormed, microchipped, and spayed.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 6, 2025, 11:50 am

Story
PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION: Edgar is an adult Maine Coon. He is a big, cuddly boy. Edgar needs a diet of good quality wet food, not dry. He has problems with constipation. He has tested positive for FIV, but is in good health. Recent dental. He will be stressed by other male cats and will be aggressive, but is fine if those other cats are calm. He gets along with females okay. He does not like dogs. He is very affectionate and sweet toward people. He is stressed around small children. Edgar needs in an adopter who has a good relationship with their vet. Edgar is trained to allow claw clipping and likes carriers. He will need frequent claw trims. He is very good with medical care, including oral medication and fluids. He is a large cat, and Maine Coons are smart and need a lot of enrichment in their environment in order to not become destructive out of boredom. The right adopter will understand that a large long haired Maine Coon will need certain additions in their environment and diet. We are not sure exactly how old Edgar is, but we suspect over eight years.

Mac is a awesome affectionate cat. He's friendly and easygoing. He came up on our porch 2 years ago in the middle of winter and we took him in. Because of that, we don't really know his breed, but he looks like a Maine Coon mix. He would be a great addition to anyone's family.
