Story
Chris is 11 years old and was rescued from the Shelby County Humane Society. I have had him about a year. He was taken from an irresponsible breeder who from what I was told kept him in a cage most of the time. Chris is very skittish and does not like to be touched. He is not a good choice for a home with kids! He does not understand walking on a leash and I never could get him house trained. He needs someone more experienced in training dogs than I am. I was trying to give him a good life in his old age but I just can't train him in what he needs. I'm not asking for anything but for someone to give him a good home and some training. I've also been out of work so it's been hard to keep him groomed. He needs a good nail trim and his shots.
