Story
My mom got Kodi as a puppy in either 2017 or 2018. Kodi is 6 or 7 years old.. My mom passed October 2023 and I inherited Kodi. He is a white Maltipoo. Has all his vaccinations, is neutered, chipped, and is on flea prevention meds. He's very playful, loving, skiddish, protective, and jealous. He is a barker. He will sleep on the bed or in a crate. He is jealous of my little dog and they get into fights, but never drew blood. He's nipped at children and my mom when she picked at him too much, but has never bitten anyone. he is basically house trained and crate trained but ocassionally marks his territory in the house if not let out often enough. I love him and want someone to take him who will love him like my mom did and I do.

Story
Benji is fun loving and sweet senior dog that has a lot of energy and loves being around people and kids. Although he is great in a multi-pet household, because he has a bit of separation anxiety, he would do best as an only pet so that his new family can give more of their time and love to him. He is in general good health other than a slight heart murmur which has also impacted his oral health by his inability to get deep dental cleanings as he cannot be put under anesthesia. He is not fully house trained and will need some training in that area. He would be a great addition to any family open to giving him the love and attention he deserves.

Adopted him from a family in 2017 when he was 1. They kept him in a pen the entire time so he was not potty trained. My family has tried to potty train him and he refuses to learn. After a walk, he will come into the house and mark. My mom gave him away to a friend but she mentally declined and had to return him.

Pepper is a beautiful dog; very sweet & loyal. She just turned 5 in July; up-to-date on all shots for 2 yrs from 10/24 due again 10/26. She was purchased from a person who I suspect made her fearful. I suggest holding her and hand feeding to acclimate her--then friend for life! Her coat is thick so I leave inside in summer except to potty. She loves to run in my big back yard. I do not give preventative medications; use Adams Flea soap (never had a flea); annual heartworm check--negative. I would like a fenced back yard for Pepper and a loving, patient owner--either an older male or couple. She is very strong so I do not suggest an older, frail female. I do not know how she would react to children as I caught my autistic teenage grandson chasing her around the back yard. I will refund fee upon vet verification that spayed. Barks at anyone approaching house so good watchdog. Submissive in bath. 20-21 lbs.

Story
Will refund fee to adopter with vet verification that she has been spayed. She weighs about 14 pounds and is built small. I bought her from a breeder for a hefty price. I recently groomed her myself & did a poor job so she needs better grooming. She has never been bred. and I would not breed her. Peyton is very energetic yet cuddly. She loves to be petted & held. While she is very close to another dog that I have she probably would not get along well with many other dogs. She learned some anti-social behavior from another dog in my household who was fearful. She barks at my autistic teenage grandson whom she learned to fear because (I learned later) that he was chasing my dogs around the back yard. She now barks at him and appears aggressive toward him. I recommend that Peyton be adopted into a loving home by a couple or female who would show her love and security. I feel because of her attitude toward my grandson, who lives in my household, that I must let her go to another home.
