I think humans are the best, but I don't care for other cats. I would be best as an only cat. I have been spayed, FIV-FELV tested, microchipped and vaccinated for FVRCP and Rabies. Visit me in the Adoption Center at Brea PetSmart, whenever a volunteer is present.

I am currently available for adoption at the Lake Forest Petsmart. If you're interested in adopting me, fill out an application on our website www.carmaoc.org   Hi! My name is Tate and I’m a chubby Manx boy. I am on the quiet side but it may be I’m still decompressing. I had been outside for a few weeks and was taken care by the neighbor after my family moved out and never came back for me. My favorite spots are by the window during the day to watch the birds outside. Sometimes I like to hangout in the bathroom sink. I am a sweet guy who loves getting pets and chin rubs. I also have fun while you play with me with a toy wand that I try to pounce on. At night I like to sleep with the humans. I have good manners and am clean.    My adoption fee is $175. That includes spay/neuter, microchip, FIV/FeLV combo test, current vaccines and health check.March 11, 2025, 10:50 pm

Story
Luke and Leia were saved from being euthanized at the shelter due to them being manx. Luke (orange tabby) sometimes falls over, has some weakness in back legs but nothing major. He is able to stand and run. Leia has no issues. They both use the litter just fine. They are super loving and adorable. They love human interaction.

Thumper is a darling little girl!! She is friendly & sweet and likes to be close to her human. She will sit on your lap for hours if you let her and makes for a great "helper" if you are working from your home office. She is believed to be part Manx which is a specialty breed most known by it's stubby, bunny-like, puff tail. Typical of the breed is a condition called "Manx syndrome" which can involve motor skill issues with the lower spine and back legs. Indeed little Thumper has some challenges including hopping on her back legs when getting around. She can still play, jump on your lap, and get around just like any other "normal" kitten. She has been given a full exam by one of our veterinary specialists and has been given a clean bill of health. The only special needs she has is to be provided a shallow litter box to make it easy for her to "hop" in and out of, and to be monitored for any occasional bouts of constipation which can crop up from time to time with this particular breed. Thumper will be available for adoption this Saturday (7/15) at Kahoots in Menifee from 10am to 2pm..
