Story
Watson is a 3 year old male Great Pyrenees. He is a lover - adores being pet and sleeping at your feet while your work or relax. He does great on walks and hikes (good for runs also as long as it's cool out), and has been socialized at off leash dog parks since he was little. He currently lives with a cat and two young children. He definitely is a guardian (will bark at strangers), but once introduced and welcome in he settles and will love on them just as hard. He loves to play with stuffed (durable) toys, though is fairly useless when it comes to fetch. He is about 100 lbs currently and still has some puppy energy. He is potty trained and enjoys time outside. We are considering rehoming as work requirements have changed and include much more travel. I want to ensure we are doing best by him in the companionship & attention he deserves. Ideal home: Large yard/property to roam. People at home relatively often to be around. Occasional walks and dog park visits. Loves a big goof.

Story
We're rehoming our Great Pyrenees. Only because we have struggled to contain him despite our best efforts. He is: - House trained. - Friendly with all people. Of course, there is an occasional person he growls at but that is the extent. - Exceptional with other dogs, very well socialized and knows how to handle himself with other dogs. - Great with our kids and kids in general from our experience. - Great with chickens and other animals. Has a prey drive for rabbits, squirrels and other small furry things. He needs: - Walks, preferably runs, every day. - Dog park weekly, at least. - Full blown cuddles and hugs every day, especially around lunch and bed time. - Land to run around on, he is a shepherding dog. He likes: - Wrestling. I play rough with him but he is extremely gentle and knows when to stop or if you're hurt. We are requesting a $350 rehoming fee, but that is simply a request not a requirement.
