Shuri - Female English Mastiff Age: 07/12/2022 (estimate) Good with: Cats: unknown Dogs: yes Kids: yes, older kids due to size Location: Noble, IL Weight: 112 lbs Shuri is your typical (at times) stubborn mastiff. She is a Velcro girl and truly is so content just in the presence of her people. She very much wants to be in your lap or have a spot next to you on comfy couch. She loves kids...and women. Will be a little slow to warm up to men initially. She just likes to check things out before she makes friends. She is very patient with both puppies and other adult dogs. The perfect adopter would have some giant dog experience and a fenced in yard. Until the profile is removed from the public’s view, the dog is considered available for adoption.  Meet and greets can be scheduled with approved adopters. Transportation from the foster home to the adopter is the responsibility of the adopter to coordinate. Just Giants does not adopt outside of the continental US. He does great in his crate and enjoys car rides. He cannot see, but he can hear well and loves everyone he meets. He is such a happy boy and just wants some love! Carl gets along with other dogs but does not necessarily need one in his new home. At around 8 months old, she is a perfect blend of playful puppy energy and calm companionship.Pudding is friendly with everyone she meets—children, adults, and even other dogs. She enjoys leisurely walks, belly rubs, snuggling up on the couch, and relaxing in her crate with a hard bone. Pudding is doing well with her potty-training and will continue to thrive with basic obedience training in her forever home! Pudding does experience some separation anxiety, so she’s looking for a patient and loving family who can help her feel secure.She would thrive in a home where someone is around for most of the day or where she can have a furry companion to keep her company. Hi, All Mac, here short for Mac truck lol. If you love big goofy dogs, I'm your guy. I am 100 lbs. of cuddle bug. I really don't think I am as big as they say I am because I would prefer to just be a couch Potatoe and lay next to my people and chew on a bone. I am a people kind of guy and love everyone I meet. I can probably live with another dog, but he would have to be calmer like me. but little dogs and very young children I would be afraid of because I am clumsy and wouldn't want to hurt them. I definitely don't think I could handle cats. But I know a lot of commands they say I am really smart and a fast learner. I am potty trained but do not like cages.
