Story
Wooten is roughly 1 yr old, we think he is a dach/mini or teacup poodle mix. He is about 9.8#. He is quirky, cute, sweet, and a little shadow till his nose catches a scent then he's off! Will need a good fence because of this and because he HATES leashes so far. He is timid and shy at first. But once he knows he is safe, his personality shines, and he has a lot of personality! He is sure to bring many laughs and smiles to your home. ✔️ Pro cuddler ✔️ Mostly house trained (we are gone long hours and he uses potty pads decently when we are out) ✔️ HIGHLY food motivated. Not a treat he doesn't like! ✔️ dog friendly ✔️ not a digger (at least not that we've seen) ✔️ utd on vaccines and neutered ✔️ best bud material ✔️ great guard dog! Alerts on visitors and strange sounds from outside ✔️ kennel trained Needs: ⏰️ A little time and patience. Will need a few days to unwind and build trust with his new family. Give him space to explore and sniff, feed him delicious yummies, and sit with him for pets. 🏡 A safe place. He loves being in a kennel with comfy bed blanket and a toy. He knows it's his and safe when he is scared or stressed. 🐕 A four legged buddy to help him learn how to dog, build his confidence, and to cuddle with when his people are out. ✂️ Regular grooming. He has poodle coat so at least 4 to 6 weeks upkeep at a groomer with daily brushing at home if you want his fur to stay longer. He was scared for grooming but he knew we were helping him get out of the pelt. His current look is temporary and as he eats regular meals and stays healthy his coat will grow back nicely and he'll be ready for another cut before ya know it.
