Story
Please read description thoroughly Meet Rocky, a lovable 7-year-old Miniature Pinscher mix, weighing in at a compact 18 pounds. Rocky is a bit shy and nervous when first meeting new people, but don’t let that fool you—he has a heart full of affection just waiting to be shared. Once he feels comfortable, Rocky transforms into a devoted, velcro-like companion who loves nothing more than snuggling up and sticking close to his favorite person. Rocky enjoys his daily walks and is a champion cuddler. He would thrive in a home where he can be the center of attention, as he tends to be a bit reserved around other dogs and prefers a quieter, one-on-one relationship. This means he’d be happiest as the only dog in the household. Due to his timid nature, Rocky requires a lot of personal time and consistent attention. He needs someone who is home often to keep up with his walking schedule and to ensure he doesn’t have any accidents indoors. His affectionate nature is his standout quality—he loves to nuzzle into the nape of your neck, seeking warmth and closeness. Rocky is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has recently had a dental check-up. His adoption fee is $200. If you think you’re the right match for Rocky and can offer him the time and love he needs, please apply at www.misfitsdogrescue.org. Older gentle children only please. August 20, 2024, 12:05 am

Story
Tilly, Til-bug, Stinky. She is a lover girl who just wants to play and cuddle. She has great recall and is very loyal. She is okay around cats (she's been living with three) but likes to chase them, a house where cats are familiar with dogs would be fine. She is quite the jealous little lady, being you're one and only would be best for her. Tilly is a protector, she has a chirpy little bark for when she feels threatened or when she feels like she needs to assert her dominance. She needs quick and easy access to the outside. She gives signals for when she needs to go potty but you gotta be quick! She is kennel trained but it's not her favorite place to be. Tilly is okay around small kids but a home where there are no kids or older kids would be ideal. Extremely treat motivated, and very trainable! She knows how to sit and do a spin (for a treat).  Put in an application at eapl.com Her adoption fee is $375 August 19, 2024, 7:58 pm
