Story
We adopted Alvin on 10/1/17 when he was around 1yo - listed as a "dachshund mix." He looks like a Min Pin mixed with a Border Collie or German Shepherd - he's been mistaken for a Shepherd puppy. Alvin is neutered, around 8yo, and 21 lbs. He likes snuggling and has been great around kids and with other dogs (never around cats). He likes walks and play but is also content lounging. Alvin is a great dog with lots of life and love to give. He's the perfect size for road trips and hikes. He's house-trained and we have no concerns about leaving him home for 8+ hours. He lives in our mudroom full-time and sadly doesn't get much attention. We're sad to post Alvin, but we have health concerns with his shedding and our daughter. We'll include his bed, collar, harness, leash, booties, a new 15-lb bag of food (Blue Buffalo: Life Protection Formula), and a SleekEZ brush that is great for removing loose hairs. We hope to find Alvin a kind family that gives him the activity and love he deserves!
