Meet Moso, a two and a half year old Mini Poodle/Shih Tzu mix weighing 20 pounds.Moso was brought to us by animal control. He was picked up from a property where they had moved out and left several dogs behind without adequate food/water. Moso came to us very matted but we were able to shave him down when he was under for his neuter. He is on the nervous side in new situations but has really started coming out of his shell. We still think that for the time being he would do best in a home with no young kids. Moso is curious about squeaky toys and is learning the leash but that is still kind of scary to him. He is looking for a home to take it slow with him and teach him how amazing it can be to be a pampered pooch. Did you know YHS lets local community members FOSTER TO ADOPT?That`s where you and the pet make sure you`re a good fit for one another by having a fun sleepover prior to finalizing your adoption. It`s a win-win for everyone!
