Story
Kitt is an adorable young dog who is eager to find his perfect forever home. Upon arrival to ARF from Texas, we noticed he had pain in his hip. Our medical team jumped into action and got him the help he needs. After an orthopedic surgery to correct his hip joint, Kitt is on the road to recovery. He will need extra support and management while he recovers, but he is sure to repay your efforts. Kitt is an extremely affectionate and loving dog with puppy energy to boot! He would love nothing more than a place to call home while he recovers from surgery and beyond. Contact our adoptions team to learn more about Kitt's needs.

Story
Welcome Lollipop to CCPAL Rescue. Lollipop is a 7-week old Chihuahua mixed pup. She has a fluffy coat and may be a Schnauzer or mini Terrier mixed in. She is adorable. She is the biggest sized girl in this litter. She is active, inquisitive, social and very sweet. She likes being held and is good with the siblings in this litter. She goes on a wee pad and because of a very nice family they have some small toys that they like playing with. Lollipop is small enough to travel with you in a doggy carry case. She isn’t too vocal at the moment but she is a Chihuahua so we do suspect she will be moderately vocal. She will be a small dog full grown. She should be 10 lbs or less. She is getting her second Distemper vaccine and will get her 3rd before she is spayed and ready for her forever home. She would be best with children over 8 due to her small size and trust in humans not to hurt her. She would also be best in a home where the person doesn’t work away from home 8 hours a day because she will need to finish her puppy training and be socialized regularly to keep the great personality she now has as an adult. Her adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
Introducing this gorgeous, super snuggly, silly, wonderful scruffy little angel named Rue! Rue came to us along with her brother Beignet. Their owner had them since they were tiny pups and was unable to keep them due to personal matters. They’d heard we had ended up with two of their siblings months ago, and wanted to ensure that these two had the same chance to find incredible homes! Thankfully a wonderful foster was happen to take sweet Rue and her brother in until they begin a beautiful new life! Rue is 8 months old and she is her full grown weight at 15.2 lbs. She’s a healthy little peanut and has had all of her medical work done including vaccines, deworming, microchipping, she’s heartworm tested negative, she’s current on preventative and this girl is now spayed! She is officially ready for adoption! This girl is such a doll, and everyone can’t help but love her! She’s going fabulous in foster care along with her brother, and other pups in the foster home. She does not need to be adopted with her brother, but she would sure love to! She’s the more confident of the two and he’s always cheerfully beside her following her cues. She has great house manners and doesn’t have accidents in the house and is an easy girl to love and care for! She loves to play with toys and has an overall very cheerful, loving temperament. She’s happy to accompany you anywhere and is used to taking walks, going for car rides, and overall being a wonderfully doting companion! Her favorite thing on earth is snuggling so parents who are looking for a cuddly pup are a must! She loves to snuggle up on the sofa and has slept her entire life in bed with her brother and her parents. She’s wonderfully affectionate and adorable! She’s beautiful and a fantastic size, and a perfect age to pick up where her original family left off and continue socialization and love and building a foundation for a bright and wonderful future! If you’re smitten with this sweet scruffy little love, and you’d like to welcome her to your home, please visit www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org and submit an application for adoption today!!

Story
This absolutely darling, scruffy handsome little boy is Beignet! Just like the southern treat, this boy is super sweet! Two of his siblings came to us several months ago for placement, and then this boy and his sister came to us from their owner who had gotten them as babies. Beignet and his sister Rue are just the most adorable scruffy wonderful little pups! They’ve been together all of their life and would love to stay together, but it is not a requirement. They have fortunately found themselves a fantastic foster home and they’re doing wonderfully! This amazing boy has gone to the vets and has now had all of his medical work completed! He is 8 months old and full grown at 21.3 lbs. He is now current in vaccines, deworming, preventative, microchipped and he is neutered! He’s healthy as can be and is now ready to begin his next chapter! In foster care he was shy and a little scared the first day, which is to be expected! Thus poor pup had been used to sleeping in bed with his owners and had a pretty great life, and then overnight sadly lost it all. It took a couple days for him to shake it off, but he is now playing with not only his sister but the other pups in the house! He’s great with the cat in his foster home and is doing fantastic! He’s been excellent reliably going potty outside and has had very good house manners. He super loves stuffed animals and his little chew bones! Beignet has a very happy and sweet disposition with people and his ideal home with have parents who will absolutely love this scruffy little chunk to snuggle up with them on the sofa, sleep in bed with them, everything that goes along with being someone’s beloved baby! He has a more submissive temperament and really benefits from having another pup to follow his lead (he’s always following his sister Rue!). Beignet loves to be snuggled, he enjoys walks, car rides, and his adorable play time! He’s been such an easy guy to love and care for. He is unbelievably cute and will surely fill his new home with lots of silliness and love! If you’d love to make this darling little boy yours, please visit www.greatdivideanimalrescue.org and submit an application for adoption today!!
