Story
Greetings, Friends! My name is Mindy, and I'm an adorable 10-year-old Miniature Schnauzer Mix who weighs 12.9 pounds. Yes, good things come in small packages! I do well with the small dogs in my foster home. Although I haven't been tested with big dogs or cats, my foster mom thinks I'll do fine with them. I absolutely love my 4-year-old human foster sister and cuddle with her in the evenings. I'm a curious girl who loves people. I'm a bit slow to warm up, and my foster family is working with me to build my confidence. I'm slowly coming out of my shell, and love exploring the house and seeing what my foster mom is doing. I'm still a little skittish, but I've never been reactive. Although I'm not a high energy girl, I enjoy a good walk for my potty breaks. I'm  making progress with house-training and prefer doing my business on a walk rather than in the backyard. I tolerate my crate but would much rather sleep with my people. My foster mom shared these good tidbits about me: "Mindy is a very sweet girl who always wants to know what's going on but prefers to observe rather than participate. She walks great on a leash and enjoys being out and about. She adores greeting everyone when they come in the door and she's sad to see them leave."  My adoption fee is $200 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. I have been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and am on flea and heartworm preventatives. Story
Ciabatta's estimated DOB is 12/17/24. Mom is reportedly a Schnoodle (Schnauzer/Poodle) and Dad a Wire Hair Terrier. He is currently 16 pounds. We estimate he will be a medium sized adult. Ciabatta is a playful, high-energy pup who is always on the go. He loves romping around with his siblings, spending time outside, and turning everything into a game—including “catch me if you can” when it’s time to go inside. Despite his playful antics, he adores attention from his people and enjoys being part of the fun. Like his siblings, he’s still working on house training but has done well sleeping in a crate overnight with no accidents. He’s looking for an active home ready for puppy energy and lots of love. His minimum adoption fee is $200 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
