Story
A note from Oscar`s foster:Meet Oscar, a slow going guy that is more sensitive than your average bear. Oscar is searching for someone that`s willing to be very patient and ease into being friends with him. Oscar doesn`t hear very well and gets startled easily. He has made a lot of progress in just a few months. Once you have earned his trust, he is a happy, sweet guy. He doesn`t walk on a leash very far, and he will back away when he has had enough petting or brushing. Oscar is crate trained and goes into his crate very well. Oscar would do best in a home with no young children, where everyone can respect his boundaries and where there are not a lot of sudden movements. If you think you can provide a home like this to Oscar and would like to meet him, contact ACS today

Story
Maisy the schnauzer/chi mix Hi! I am Maisy, and I am a great girl! Foster mom is so surprised that I am so friendly and get along with everyone at my foster house already, and I have only been here less than a week! Animal control aged me at 8 years old, but you should see me play with stuffed animals! It is like I was only 2 or 3 years old. I love to grab them and show them who is their boss! I don’t destuff them, but I do like to shake them around and toss them in the air! I am house trained and follow commands like wait, come, and I know words like hungry and cookie. I probably had an owner at one time but was found on the street with a sore eye, which had to be removed because it was really painful and irritating. I get along with all of the dogs and cats here in the house. I am really interested in the little kittens that foster mom has and would like to get in them but I can only watch from a distance. That is ok, they are fun to watch. I am looking for a new owner, and if that is you, please let me know. I will be waiting. Local adoption fee is $200 Adoption with Transport is $450, including a temporary fuel fee.

These pups are in Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas too!
