Story
Mikey came to us with his brother, Monroe.  They are an owner surrender and we were told the parents were Mountain Dog and Heeler.  Mikey has been outside in a pen all of his life and not given much attention, so he is a little shy. He doesn't potty in his pen here, so would be easy to housetrain. Mikey loves to go for walks and chew on bones. He is a pretty neat guy once you get to know him.  If you have any questions or would like to come meet Mikey, please go to our website www.schspets.org and complete an adoption application. We will contact you after that! November 5, 2024, 10:35 am

Story
Mylo has the most beautiful brown eyes.  He is house trained, crate trained, leash trained and so very calm and well behaved.  He loves human attention and would do well in a home with kids and most other dogs.  He does not like cats or chickens, ducks or any livestock for that matter.  Mylo does like to be scratched just above his tail and enjoys going for walks. He will make a great addition to any family looking for a kind, loving dog.  If you would like more information, please contact our shelter at 870-269-5200 or go to our website at schspets.org and complete and adoption application and someone will contact you for a meet and greet.  UPDATE:  Mylo just entered the Paws in Prison Program at the NCU in Calico Rock.  He will be obedience trained, leash trained, crate trained and house trained.  He will learn many tricks too.  He will graduate 4/22.  Call now to set up a meeting.February 26, 2025, 3:58 pm
