Ceci was found abandoned in a rural part of Mississippi last fall, her luck change when she was rescued by Wags. She’s been spayed and given her vaccines and is a healthy happy girl. Recently Cee Cee moved over to a foster home, she was a little nervous at first but has settled in beautifully. She is very mellow and will make the most awesome family dog, Cee Cee is still in Mississippi but ready to come up on our transport truck any Saturday. We’d love a home for her with a family that will cherish her and give her the love and attention she deserves. She will be great in a home with other dogs and cats, fine if she’s the only one. At first we consider them shepherd mixes, but in a dog scanning app, they appear to be more Catahoula leopard dogs with plott hound—definitely mixes of several medium size breeds. The puppies have been having a grand time playing together and snuggling in a puppy pile to nap. They have all been spayed and given their vaccines and are ready for loving homes. All of the girls are around 35 pounds, they were born in late October. They are friendly and loving and will make great family dogs. Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs. Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. adoption donation : $699 weight 40 lbs Age 2 years Sweet Stubby was found wandering alone in a rural part of Mississippi, and taken in by an elderly man who fell in love with this gentle boy but couldn’t keep him. He called Wags for help and the rescue took him in, The man’s grandson named him Stubby for his little short legs! Stubby is a sweet boy, he is gentle and gets along fine with all the dogs at the rescue. He was recently neutered and has all his vaccinations and is ready for a loving home. Stubby absolutely loves to be with his people, he follows the director of the rescue all over the property, his little tail wagging. He is gentle with children and just a great family dog. Stubby is house trained at Wags but like any rescue may need a refresher while he adjusted to a new home. Stubby is ready to come to the northeast on Saturday, March 8. He will make a wonderful member of the family. Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs.
