Dallas is one cute medium sized guy at 41 pounds. He's a tri-colored merle Mountain Cur and about one year old. He is not fond of children so will do best in a home without kids. He's got a nice medium/playful energy, is leash trained and current on all vaccines.

Story
Meet Reba! Reba was living as a stray in Jellico along with Waylon for approx 3 yrs. Shes so glad to be in rescue w creature comforts and regular meals. Very affectionate and grateful little girl! Reba loves car rides, leash walks and a chance to run and play. She lives a comfy bed! Shes housebroken and crate trained. She will need a fence higher than 4 feet tall. Reba loves Waylon and would like to adopt with him but would prefer more to have a home with people who love and adore her. She has successfully completed her heartworm treatment and is on preventative. Shes been spayed (previously had at least 3 litters with Waylon). Brown dogs traditionally have a hard time adopting and this girl has so much love to give. Would you consider giving her a home? Please contact us at lifelongbuddies01@gmail.com

Story
Hi, I’m Cardi! I’m a playful and independent dog who loves to have fun. I enjoy entertaining my human and canine friends alike. I’m a silly and fun-loving dog who likes to play and interact with other dogs. I’m always ready to make new friends and have a good time. I love playing tug-of-war or chase with my furry buddies. But don’t worry, I’m not clingy or needy. I also like to do my own thing sometimes, like chewing on my favorite toys or exploring new places. My love of toys is unmatched, and I'll happily spend hours playing with them, chasing them around or snuggling up with them at nap time. I’m not afraid of being alone, but I’m always happy to see you when you are around. I’m a smart dog who knows how to sit and wants to learn more. I’m also potty-trained and walk well on a leash, so you can take me anywhere you want. I love going on walks or hikes with you. I have a lot of good energy and will need exercise, but I also love to cuddle and nap with you after a long day. I’m looking for an active family who loves to play and spend time outdoors. I would love to have some doggy siblings too, as long as they are friendly and playful like me. I’m not picky about the size or breed of my new family, as long as they have a lot of love and patience for me. I’m a 2-year-old, 45 lb., terrier mix. I have been vaccinated, am heartworm negative and am up to date on vaccines. Some things to know about me is that I was abused. I have a history of nipping and will need time to adjust to my new home. I will also need you to use care when directing me with a collar or harness. You will also want to separate me during feeding times as I resource guard my food. These are the remnants of a difficult past I am working through. With training and support I have learned a lot and hope to be the best dog ever for you. If you think I’m the perfect dog for you, please fill out an application today and ask for Cardi! I can’t wait to meet you and start our new life together! I am located in Knoxville, TN and can be transported out of state for the right family.

Story
Help an old man out! This is Levi.  He was an owner surrender on 10/17/22 so he's past ready to be adopted.  Levi is a very affectionate and playful old man.  We don't think he got a lot of that before he got here so he's really into the attention now.  He likes other dogs if they're chill and agreeable like him but he's not a fan of cats.  Levi has a heart murmur.  The vets said because of that and his advanced age, it's not safe to neuter him, so he really needs a special family.  He's got a lot of love left to give and needs someone who will love him back - and give him lots of belly rubs.  If you can help this sweet senior and give him the home and love he deserves, please call us at 828- 837-2304.  Set up a time to meet Levi!January 10, 2024, 12:07 am
