Meet Scoutie: Your Future Best Friend! Hi there! My name is Scoutie, and I'm on a mission to find my forever home. I'm a 2 ½-year-old, 44-pound bundle of joy, wrapped in a handsome orange and white Brittany coat. Life has been quite the adventure so far, but I'm ready to settle down with a loving family who will cherish me as much as I'll cherish them. A Little About Me: Personality: I'm the definition of well-mannered and easy-going. Whether it's playing fetch in the yard or snuggling on the couch, I'm happiest when I'm with my people. Health: I'm up-to-date on all my vaccines and have a clean bill of health, including being heartworm and tick negative. Housebroken: Yep, no accidents here! I know my way around a house and will be a respectful roommate. Social Butterfly: I get along with everyone—humans, dogs, you name it! My foster mom says I have a heart of gold. Why I'm Looking for a New Home: My original family had to give me up for my safety, but now I'm in a loving foster home. My foster mom is dedicated to helping other dogs find homes too, so she's helping me find my perfect match. What I'm Looking For: A Secure Yard: I love to explore, so a physical fence of at least 5 ft is a must to keep me safe while I patrol the neighborhood. Companionship: While I'd enjoy having a doggy sibling, I'm also perfectly happy being your one and only as long as I'm the center of your world. Ready to make your life a little more wonderful? The adoption fee for TX/Scoutie, who lives in Conroe, TX is $400, which helps to offset our vetting and allows NBRAN to rescue more of these wonderful family members.
