Story
Meet Max! He is looking for his new family to love him, play with him, and make sure he’s eating good food! He is a good boy who is very friendly with his family. He can be a little timid when he meets new people, but after you’ve introduced them and he knows they’re safe, he loves them! Max originally came from China as a rescue from the meat festival. He is 5 years old and he’s been in his current home since he was 4 months old. Sadly, we are moving to a new place that doesn’t allow dogs. He has lived with cats his whole life. He is not overly excited to hang out with cats, but he gets along with them just fine. He is not super affectionate- meaning he is not a lap dog. He does like to sit next to you, but he doesn’t like to cuddle. He doesn’t get mad, he just gets up. He likes to sleep in bed with his owner. He loves walks, watching squirrels, and going on walks. He’s potty trained and would like a back yard. He’s never bitten anyone. He’s a sweet, good boy!

Story
I rescued Phoenix from a foster home at about 10-12 weeks old. Right away, he learned to use the doggie door to go in and out of the yard. He has so much personality and is very eager to learn. He is very obedient and very smart. He knows many commands and loves to play and enjoys both the indoors and the outdoors. He is extremely affectionate and very personable. After adopting him, I realized that he needs much more than what I can offer him. Currently he is alone 8-10 hours a day at home. I try to walk him at the park after work, but he is not thriving with me in this environment. When he sees children and families, he wants to approach them with excitement. He loves families and children and as well as other dogs of all sizes. Also, other than my busy schedule, financially, I am unable to afford to keep Phoenix. Those that adopt him, will be very lucky to have this amazing little boy in their lives. Please consider adopting Phoenix and give him a good home. Thanks!

Story
Neo is a 75lb rescue dog who has been with us since he was 8 weeks old. Rescued from Mexico, he is a unique mix of husky, Dalmatian, boxer, and pit bull, with long, soft hair and brown spots, resembling the dog emoji 🐶. Neo is a sweetheart, loving people and cuddles. He enjoys attention and melts at your feet or in your lap for head, chest, or tummy scratches. Neo communicates his needs with gentle kisses, paw offers, or cute woos. He’s comfortable sleeping on his bed, the couch, or your bed if allowed. As a vigilant guardian, he will bark to alert you if someone is at the door. Neo is potty and leash trained, knowing commands like sit, down, off, stay, go to your bed, shake, heel, and back up. He can relax when you're busy but is energetic when excited or after a long break. He loves fetch and running alongside a bike. Neo can be left alone for up to 6 hours if he has had a bathroom break and access to food and water. An active home and experience handling a large dog is essential.

Story
Buddy is a very friendly 8 year old Mutt who I rescued at age 3. He is loyal and full of energy but only in short spurts. He mostly loves to lay on his chair and sleep / cuddle with you. He does need a place with a yard as he spends most of his time sunbathing / outside. He would prefer someone who can spend a lot of time with him, I believe he could have been a therapy dog. He only likes being in a crate at night sleeping or for short periods of time during the day. He gets on well with everyone and never barks. He does communicate by crying when on walks or initially when around other dogs, but with the right training I'm sure that could change. Buddy is very smart and listens to commands. He's around 30lbs and strong, but is starting to slow down as he gets a little older. I'm moving back to the UK and I'm unable to take him with me unfortunately. I'm willing to wait until I find the perfect home for him- that's why Ive had him this long, but I know his forever home is out there.
