MJ is a sweet dog and loves car rides and naps. she loves being able to sleep in the bed with someone, she is house trained and likes to sleep in the middle of the floor. unfortunately, she wasnt working well with the other two dogs we have in the house and was getting into fights. she would need to be in a house with no other dogs or cats due to chasing them. she is a sweet dog she just doesnt get along with our other dogs.

Story
There are 2 dogs that need to be rehomed. These dogs are strictly outdoors/farm dogs and located in Grayson County (42754) They belonged to my Father-in-law who was feeding and watering them daily. My father-in-law passed away a couple of weeks ago. They loved my father-in-law but are very shy with strangers. The neighbor has agreed to take care of temporarily until I can find another home for them. They are still staying on my FILs property which will be listed for sale in the near future My husband and I live in Indianapolis and are unable to take them. They are not familiar with us. We have multiple indoor cats and a small dog of our own. These dogs have been used to living as farm dogs and we live in a suburban area One is female and the other male. They are siblings so both would need to go together. I have contacted the shelter and they said they cannot take them or if they did they would have to be euthanized. We do not want that for these two. They are good watch dogs.

FOUND HIM ON THE SIDE OF A BACKROAD WHERE SOME IDIOT HAD DUMPED HIM OUT. HE WAS SCARED OF PEOPLE. CLEARLY HAD BEEN MISTREATED BY SOME HUMAN. HE WAS SKIN AND BONES. TOOK A LITTLE TIME BUT ONCE HE STARTED TO TRUST ME HE BECAME A GREAT LITTLE DOG. HIS HOUSE MANNERS HAVE IMPROVED TREMENDOUSLY SINCE IVE HAD HIM. HES VERY SMART. PICKS UP ON THINGS VERY QUICKLY. HES ALSO VERY GENTLE N LOVING ONCE YOU BOND WITH HIM.. HIS ENERGY LEVEL IS VERY HIGH. HE NEEDS LOTS OF EXCERCISE AND PLAY TIME OTHERWISE HE GETS INTO THINGS AND CHEWS. HE IS HOUSE TRAINED NOW AND CRATE TRAINED. HES A REALLY GOOD DOG N IM FOND OF HIM BUT I CANT KEEP HIM FOREVER. TAKES HIM AWHILE TO WARM UP BUT HE WOULD BE A GREAT FUR BABY FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS TIME FOR HIM. I CHECKED THE NOT GOOD WITH KIDS BOX BECAUSE HES GOOD WITH MY DAUGHTER AND GRANDS BUT HES NOT FOND OF STRANGERS OF ANY AGE UNTIL HE GETS USED TO THEM. I THINK HE DIDNT SEE MUCH KINDNESS AS A PUP. HE HAS ALOT OF POTENTIAL!!!!!! HE DESERVES A FOREVER HOME!
