Story
I adopted Ellie from a woman who found her and her pups under a trailer . All of the pups were adopted but Ellie was was going to be placed in a high kill shelter. I noticed her profile on next door neighbor and felt she deserved a chance . I discovered that she had heartworm which has been treated, she has been fixed , is current on all her vaccines and is a healthy and happy dog I am an older woman and live in an apartment so space and strength is limited. Ellie really needs a home with more room to play and an owner who is more active to live her best life Ellie is a sweet tempered dog who loves walks ,playing ball , and cuddling up to watch TV. She is also very cute with dalmatian like markings and puppy eyes . I have spent thousands of dollars and numerous hours on making Ellie the sweet and good dog she is today and now feel she deserves a chance at the best life I can not provide .

Story
Comet is a very sweet boy who is between 5-7 years old but he cannot be with other dogs or cats and must go to a home where he will be the only one as he is dominant and aggressive with dogs. He has never shown signs of aggression towards humans, and has strong attachment issues that cause him separation anxiety from people. He loves being outside and with consistent walking training would do great on trails. I am currently fostering him for a friend and have dogs of my own and have been successful keeping the peace with everyone separated, but moving forward he would do best in a single dog home.

Story
Looking for a new home for this sweet baby. Stella is a year and 5 month American mix. We adopted her from mckamey animal shelter in December of 2023. She has come out of her shell so much since we got her but is still very shy and skittish when it comes to anything new. She is good with most people and dogs once she gets time to warm up to you. She loves sunbaths, tug, peanut butter, and walks. We are looking for some place where she could have space to play and run. She was probably neglected as a puppy and doesn't really understand how to be a dog, so having another polite furiend to show her the ropes would make her blossom! She is fairly low energy overall, so she would be perfectly happy to nap in her crate all day. Spayed/UTD on shots, can provide vet records Will come with: Food/bowls Crate/bedding Leash/harness Toys Grooming equipment (if wanted/needed) $25 fee, located in Chattanooga area but would drive further for a good home

Story
Butters is a very sweet a little over a year-old girl. I was renting a home and the landlord has decided to sell it and I’m not able to take butters with me to my new place. I have had her since she was eight weeks old. She loves other dogs and she enjoys taking walks, and she would really like a place where she could run around outside.

Story
Nate has been with me since he was a puppy, as I got him from a friend. He’s a sweet boy, and has always enjoyed his alone time. Occasionally he will get a spark for play time but mostly he loves sunbathing by the window or outside in the sun. We came to the hard decision to part with him because, as he has gotten older(he is 10 now), he has become reactive when startled or taken off guard. We are having our first child in December, and as I’ve seen other children bitten by their family dogs, we cannot risk it. We would much rather him be in a child-free, loving home that is fair to him than be limited in ours. He has always done well with other dogs, but we have never had cats. I am sure he would also grow accustomed to them. Nate loves to explore outside but is accustomed to sleeping inside. He is house trained and crate trained. Up to date on everything I’m aware of except Bordatella as we have not boarded him in a long time.
