Story
Jake is the biggest cuddler I have ever met. He thrives off affection (pets, cuddles, you name it!). He has some anxiety and nervousness around others until he gets used to them. The ideal home for Jake is a small household of up to 3 people. He gets a long very very well with other dogs that respect boundaries and give him space at first. He is kennel trained, house broken, knows the commands Sit, Paw (which means shake, but I had to find a word that wasn't so similar to his name), lay down. He responds to snaps very well! He is very good at communicating gently about needing to go outside or that he is hungry. He'll sit and watch you and occasionally do soft grumbles or moans until he gets what he needs. He has never been around a cat, I'm unsure how he is with them. Jake is the best dog I could have ever asked for and I want to make sure he goes to a good home that will give him the care I am no longer able to provide.

Story
Apollo is a sweet, loving pup with energy to spare. He is smart and ready to learn, but also easily distracted. He is very high energy and needs some training with separation anxiety. He would be best in home with a yard, someone who that isn't away from home for long periods of time, and as an only dog. He occasionally gets along with other dogs, but does not do well sharing living space with them. He can be jumpy, and therefore would do best with older kids.

Story
Eddie is needing a new home. I have to move to care for my father and am unable to take him with me. Eddie is a happy, loving cuddle bug. He loves playing fetch, is GREAT on a leash, and worships the sun! He is amazing with all people, including children. He isn't the greatest with other dogs, especially if he feels protective of you.

Shukito followed us home during our vacation in Antigua, Guatemala. He was super affectionate and playful, though in terrible physical condition. After several months, he’s now happy and healthy. We’re looking for a loving home with ample space for him to roam. He’s a really curious dog full of energy. Currently 1.5 years old, neutered, and all shots up to date.

Story
Loki is a beautiful male Chinese sharpie mix. He is from AZ and the apartment life of noises has him very skittish. He is not good with other dogs and children unknown. He is active and love walks just careful when other dogs around. He does circus acts and jumps. Loki is a dog who needs to be an only dog and have a yard. Loki is loyal and well behaved except when other dogs jolt him. I live in an apartment bottom floor and the upstairs noise make him on edge. He is my best friend but i have to do what is best for Loki and he needs a yard and to be loved as an only dog.

Chiweenie Havanese

Female, 3 mos
Auburn, WA
Size
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Adorable little Buffy is now 11wks old, weighs a little over 4lbs and she’s ready for her own, forever home. She is a Chiweenie mix, with perhaps havanese. We’re not sure of her mix, although she looks like a little havanese and she will need to see the groomer a few times per year. Her mama is a 16lb Chiweenie (pictured). We expect Buffy to be about 12lbs or so when full grown. She is a very happy, social girl that already loves to meet new people so a socially active home would be ideal. She also loves to play and wrestle with her siblings and foster dogs so another dog in the home would be preferred. She even gets along great with the kitties. She would do best with a work from home person, or with someone that does not leave her for more than 4-5hrs each day. Because she is such a tiny girl, kids must be over 12yrs old. She gets very excited when it’s time to go outside to run and play so a fenced yard would be best. She is too young to be spayed so at adoption, her future surgery will be scheduled
