Meet Thimble! He came in with his other two brothers Yoke and Crimper. He's a Saint Bernard/Shepard mix, 1-2 years old. You would be so amazed to see the progress he has made since he walked through our door. Yoke and his brothers were never inside dogs, they were all so beyond terrified. They could barely walk across the concrete floors. They were surrendered for allegedly killing some goats. Watching him and his brothers get comfortable with being inside with the AC, now laying on the concrete floors, laying on there beds, playing with toys, being excited to go outside and go potty, and on walks. These boys are different dogs now, they have slowly learned that this is what being a dog is supposed to be like! Thimble, has the biggest heart. He's this big fluff ball. He loves to be loved on, and loves to love on you. He loves giving kisses, gentle, amazing on a leash. He rarely goes potty in his kennel. He's the sweetest baby. Thimble has my heart, and if you gave him the chance he'd have yours. He is so deserving of a good family and home. Due to living his whole life outside, poor Thimble did test positive for heartworms and is currently undergoing treatment. He would love a quiet home to recover in, A&F covers the cost of all heartworm treatment for our dogs.
