Story
Kai can be a very sweet and loving boy, he is a 3 year old Norwegian forest cat mix. He is poly-dactyl (he has thumbs), he tends to keep to himself, we raised him from a kitten when he was born 2021, unfortunately he has been getting into a lot of fights with his brother, and has been marking. He is also instigating fights with some of our other animals, we feel it would be better for him to be an only cat. He can be described as shy, and can be affectionate, territorial.

These pups are in Pensacola, Florida too!

Story
Please consider sponsoring a cat. For a little as $10 a month you can help us help more animals in need. Raccoon Kitty was so named because she runs like a raccoon, with her tail straight out behind her. She is a 7 year old, very sweet lady.  Raccoon Kitty was rescued as a kitten and has been fiercely loved by her humans for her entire life. Sadly, she needs a new loving home because her human faces a terminal illness. Raccoon Kitty won't be a turn-key cat. She is a little shy and will need time to acclimate to a new home and new people. Raccoon Kitty is searching for someone who will give her time to be shy for a few weeks and not expect a lap kitty on day 1. She is positively worth the wait. Raccoon Kitty gets along fine with feline friends.  Raccoon's adoption fee is $150.  Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. All kitties are litterbox trained. Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website aaFlorida.org/adopt.  There is a link on the top of the home page. Story
Please consider sponsoring a cat. For a little as $10 a month you can help us help more animals in need. This is our Ditto. She showed up pregnant at Cyd’s place, delivered her babies and of course she never left. Ditto is definitely one of the main characters at Cyd’s rescue. She is often at the door as a greeter or sometimes snoozing on the kitchen chair. Ditto is mouthy. She talks a lot and expresses her displeasure with growls (trying to sound tough) when she doesn’t get her way or during a grooming session she is tired of. She requires consistent brushing to keep mats away. Ditto is full of purrsonality and a happy kitty who is in the very sad situation of losing her human to cancer.  They are not strays or being "re-homed" by bad humans. They are well loved but will soon to lose their person. They will be sad. Below is a link to Ditto’s last grooming- as you can see we aren’t experts, just cat lovers. Ditto’s hair is all grown back and her pictures above were taken this week.  https://youtu.be/BiOmsBu7AaE Ditto’s adoption fee is $400. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. All kitties are litterbox trained.
