Story
Frankie was found on the street as a puppy in July, 2024 and was brought to our church. Her picture was posted on our church’s FB page and my family decided to bring Frankie home. Frankie is very smart and knows a couple of commands. She has a very high energy level and, sometimes, plays rough. She loves to jump at ceiling fans and snap. Occasionally she has snapped at humans although it has been play behavior. We have a cat (who stays away) and a small long-haired chihuahua. The two have played ok until recently and Frankie has gone after the small dog three times in the past month…breaking skin once. She shows fear aggression around other dogs. We now feel we have to keep the dogs separated which is very hard and not really fair to anyone. We honestly feel that Frankie would be a great pet in the right environment and with more training than we are able to provide.
