Story
Manda came out of a hoarding situation, so she didn’t have the greatest start to her young life. After arriving at the shelter, she did go into a foster situation for a while and did quite well, but still did. It find her forever home. He coat was badly matted so she had to be shaved. The last photo is what she looked like when she first came in and what her coat will return to when it grows back, but she looks great shaved as well! She loves to play with other dogs. She’s a bit timid with new people but will warm up. When she does, she loves to cuddle next to you on the bed or put her head in your lap for pets when you’re sitting down.

Story
Hi Friends! It’s me Baxter! I’d like to introduce myself to let you know I’m on the hunt for my forever home. I found myself as a stray last summer but my friends at Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary scooped my up, took me to the vet for a check-up, and found me a new home. Happy ending, right?? For several months, my life was picture perfect with my loving guardians; however, circumstances intervened and I returned to FLPS. My former family reported I am a “perfect dog” who loves belly rubs and evening walks. So here we are…I’m currently lounging in a foster home while they make all sorts of observations. Some highlights my foster reported include: I especially like attention and bond very quickly to my people. However, I’m not a demanding sort, I just want some pats on the head then I’m happy to lay quietly beside you. I’ve lived with cats and easily assimilate with quiet dogs. If a friendly dog gets a little too nosy, I’ll give him a little verbal reminder then all is good. It’s important to me that my new home be on the quiet side, with guardians that project calm energy. I’m also reliably housetrained, am a low shedder, and sleep soundly through the whole night. Last but definitely not least, check out my amazing golden-brown eyes! You’ll be mesmerized when you see me in person; my soulful stare draws you right in and you won’t be able to resist my charms. Would you like to meet up?
