Story
Our handsome tripawd boy Dale is ready to find his forever people! He`s a big sweetheart who has a playful spirit and young dog enthusiasm. Dale came to us with a front leg that was mangled from an old injury that hadn`t healed correctly. The vet advised amputation and he adapted quickly to having three legs, since he hadn`t really been relying on his injured leg for some time. He gets around quite well and can even go up and down stairs, but he does tire out fairly easily, especially in the heat. He`d love to have his own fenced-in yard where he could run around with a toy and then plop down in the shade, next to his person, and watch the dragonflies buzz by. Dale is a lovebug who thinks he is a lap dog, he`s got some puppy energy and doesn`t always know his own size, so his perfect family would be with active adults. We`d like to find him a home without other pets. While he enjoyed playing with dogs in the past, he lost a bit of confidence in his interactions post-surgery, and he`s working on some training to get back on track. Dale is really ready to flourish and just wants a stable home with a family that will support him and help him become his best self! He is the best traveler and loves to come along on family vacations. If you are ready to be Dale`s hero and discover what a lovable pup he is for yourself, fill out our pre-adoption application at https://oneloveanimalrescue.com/pre-adoption-application/ and we`ll introduce you!

Story
Meet Sullivan! He is 8 years old and a well behaved fella. He is house and crate trained. He is happy with his walk each day and some family fun during the day. He does best with children over 13 years old as he is not a fan of what children bring, crying and loud toys, lol. He does well with the dogs at doggie daycare and those he meets on his walks. He can be protective of his home and family so proper introductions to those coming in are appreciated. He is a huge cuddle bug, and a sweet boy who loves attention.Submit your applications online at: https://oneloveanimalrescue.com/pre-adoption-application/

Story
Meet Drake! He spent the first few years of his life as a feral street dog. Although life was tough for him in the beginning, he is a survivor. He was eventually caught along with 27 other dogs at a property in the country. His first month in rescue, he was terrified and hid in the corner behind a crate. After much patience and love, he has learned humans aren’t so bad after all and he is coming around and enjoying the life of a normal house pup. His crate is his safe space and he loves it. When he’s not outside playing with the other dogs in his foster home, he finds comfort in his crate. Although, you will occasionally catch him lounging in his foster mom’s bed with the other pups. He is house & crate trained. We know there’s a special someone out there that sees what an awesome pup he is and would be willing to show him some love and patience to blossom in a new home. He is very food motivated so if you have lots of yummy treats, love, and patience, we are sure you can win this boys heart over too.
