Story
Leorio (Leo) is a sweet dog. He can be good with other dogs but it takes him a few meetings to warm up. We adopted him through Puppyspot, we have all the relevant paperwork. He turns 3 in Feb. Our lifestyle does not properly line up with his needs. Leo would be best in a standalone home where he can get his energy out with lots of exercise and mental stimulation. He would benefit from living with another dog to help him adjust to his new home and be his companion. Leo does have issues with resource (mostly food) guarding/aggression, as well as anxiety & high reactivity. We are currently trying trazodone to assist with this. He is very playful and has a silly personality. He is extremely intelligent and picks up on commands/tricks very easily. He has gone through 3 levels of 6 week training classes at Petsmart. If you are adopting Leo from CT we will be able to transfer the access to his personal home trainer we got from Camelot Dog Training ($3000 value, active for the life of the dog)
